Facebook is my favourite site out of these as it has many functions which allows one to be able to chat online with someone far away. It is also very simple and easy to use. There are many apps which provide entertainment and fun during one's leisure time. Uploading pictures and videos is somewhat simple. It can be used as a way to keep in touch with friends and family members from other places.

Route from my home to SST

Apart from the suggested route, Google Maps also gives the approximate time taken to travel by foot, car,or public transport. It also shows the traffic condition so that we can avoid heavily congested roads.
However, Google Maps is not updated frequently and thus is harder to get directions to new places like the new SST campus. The information that Google Maps provide are most often correct and can be relied on.

My experience in creating this blog.

When I created this blog and started on the first post, I was unsure of what to write about as this is the first time I have seriously written a blog post.
I was not sure if I was doing things correctly as I did not have any past experience. Throughout the post, I was a little confused and not certain about what to write about. However, I was able to finish the post without too much trouble.

I feel that blogging can be part of my learning experience in SST because it is a way to express my feelings and opinions and to share ideas or suggestions. It can also be used as a way for teachers and students to communicate out of school, whether to seek advice for work or for other matters.

My feelings when I received the letter that confirmed my posting to SST

I chose this two pictures to represent my feelings and reactions when I received the letter which confirmed my posting to SST as SST provides unique and interesting programmes and teaching methods.
Also, I have always been interested in Science and technology-based areas as there is always something new to learn.
SST teaches students through the Learning Device, which is different from the traditional textbook teaching which makes learning more interesting and fun.
The CCAs offered by the school like the Robotics Club and Media Club are interesting and allows one to have fun while learning.
The Applied subjects(Biotechnology,Fundamentals of Electronics and Media studies) are very intriguing and provides us with oppurtunities for hands-on activites and general knowledge which may benefit us in life.
Based on these reasons, I was really looking forward to getting accepted into SST. When I was informed that I was confirmed a place in SST, I was very happy and also excited about school. I can't wait for school to start!
